The Insult Police

Our Swedish correspondent Henrik W. has translated a news story from Sydsvenskan about the latest outrage perpetrated by the police in Malmö: a cop gave some “youths” the finger.

The horror!

Henrik W. includes the following introductory note:

I’m sure many of you will think it is some sort of Onion parody. Unfortunately, it is not. In particular, the outrage and hand-wringing over this “indefensible” act of the police are interesting when considered alongside Saturday’s article about what sort of threats, violence and insults police, ambulance personnel and fire fighters have to live with in these areas. It is obvious that nobody — least of all the powers that be in the police command — demands any sort of reciprocity from the “youths” of Rosengård.

And the translation:

Police officer gave gang the finger

By Joakim Palmkvist

A off-duty police officer insulted youths in Herrgården — giving them the finger. Months of police work is in danger, according to the police command, which fears that there might be revenge acts planned. The police officer has been transferred and a police report has been filed.

HERRGÅRDEN. This Friday, in the evening, the reported policeman visited the Scanian police mobile headquarters in Rosengård — the Shell station at the Von Rosen road.

He was off-duty and wasn’t supposed to report for work until Saturday, and he arrived in the company of another off-duty colleague. The were riding the same bike.

The two officers were talking with their uniformed colleagues while a gang of young men gathered on the other side of the Ramel road. The young men are reported to have been dressed in shirts sporting the Black Cobra gang symbol.

Finally, the off-duty officers drove off and at the turn to the Admiral road one of the extended his arm and gave the gang the finger: an internationally recognized gesture most easily interpreted as “f**k off”. The gesture was witnessed by the other policemen.

“I can confirm that we have filed a report about this gesture,” says regional police commander Lars Rosberg to Sydsvenskan.

“It’s so terribly stupid given all the time and all the money we’ve spent out there. And given how many who have worked so hard.”

The police man left a gang of upset and angry youths. According to duty chief Bengt-Åke Malm it was still fortunate that it happened out in the open, so that on-duty officers at the spot could calm the feelings immediately.

“Those who were out there did a commendable work at calming the situation down,” he says.

“It stayed calm over Friday; we hope the situation will continue to be peaceful.”

“What do you think about the actions of the police officer?”

“It’s indefensible. You… you simply don’t act that way as a policeman. We have a sensitive situation in Rosengård where we’ve worked hard for a long time to establish good relations with the inhabitants. Now this process is at risk to suffer significant setbacks.”

When he arrived for duty the police officer found himself transferred at the order of the high police command of Malmö.

“Given the problems we’ve had in the area we wanted to minimize the risks of unrest and so we’ve pulled him off the streets,” he says.

“The other officer on the motorcycle has been transferred from the Rosengård command, to avoid the risk of provocation.”

The Scanian force has suffered credibility problems earlier, given statements during the Rosengård riots in December 2008.

The slur “devil monkey” has been examined twice by the public persecutor, who arrived at the conclusion that it was not actionable on account of having been spoken in front of just a few people.

In this case, there is no assumed racist motive by the officer involved. The transferred officer has a foreign background himself.

Every time I think "this takes the cake" some worse example of dhimmitude comes along.

So now police are not allowed to "diss" gang members dressed in gang regalia. And what was the "progress" the dhimmified police had been making up to then that was put in peril... gang members snickering at how police are not allowed to lay a glove on them (or now offend their eyes) and are twisting themselves into pretzels to avoid being called racists by racists?

It would be fascinating to know just what the policeman's foreign background is. Regardless, all he was doing was showing the disrespect the law abiding should rightly show law breakers. Social ostracism used to work wonders in keeping undesirables and undesirable behavior in line.

Police who are themselves disrespected and are forced to respect the worst elements of society have been made completely impotent. They are now social workers.

This leaves citizens with social workers as their only line of "defense". Said social workers are more likely to turn on and berate law abiding citizens than their delinquent charges.

Any policeman who gives any sign of remembering what policing was about gets transferred/demoted.

Except for Orwell, you could not make this stuff up.

We have a sensitive situation in Rosengård where we’ve worked hard for a long time to establish good relations with the inhabitants.

If an epidemic of gang rapes, serial arsons, assaults upon citizens plus emergency service personnel and their vehicles, slashed fire hoses and general mayhem is what they call "good relations", I don't think things could possibly get any worse.

Furthermore, the officer's aggressive gesture is precisely the right message to send these scum. An unmistakable indication that the police are unafraid of them and could give a rusty duck about their stinking Muslim sensitivities.

Methinks a proverbial whiff of grapeshot would set things aright.

Sweden's political elites and MC-enthusiasts don't see the cases of mahoundian arson, the mahoundian gang-rape epidemic and other assorted crimes committed mostly by mahoundians as a problem... A police officer flipping the bird at the imported mahoundian scum, on the other hand, is apparently regarded by Swedish authorities as something close to a "crime against humanity", on par with the Holocaust, the Armenian Genocide and Pol Pot's killing fields in terms of its "brutality" and "violence."

Swedes who care about your country, the clock is ticking and you ain't got a whole lot of time left if you still want to put an end to this surrender-to-mahound madness.

My old Granddad a Yorkshire Collier used to say to me when I was a kid,"All THE WORLDS MAD LAD EXCEPT ME AND THEE AND I AM BIT WORRIED ABOUT THEE" you know I think he might be right.

I hate to see grown men emasculated like this. It is really sad.

Pathetic. Sweden, you are under attack. Are there any politicians there who are not in denial?

"We have a sensitive situation in Rosengård where we’ve worked hard for a long time to establish good relations with the inhabitants. Now this process is at risk to suffer significant setbacks."

Or in other words, "we fear that our strategy of appeasement towards the criminals may turn out to be unsuccessful as a result of a recent unfortunate incident in which we failed to be sufficiently submissive".

"Given the problems we’ve had in the area we wanted to minimize the risks of unrest and so we’ve pulled [the police officer] off the streets [...]. The other officer on the motorcycle has been transferred from the Rosengård command, to avoid the risk of provocation."

Or in other words, "we are now taking measures to undo the damage caused by our momentary lapse of compliance with the actual law of the land. We hope that these measures will be seen as satisfactory by the criminals of Rosengård, to whom we would like to affirm our continued loyalty and commitment."

A bullet in the back of the head would certainly do the trick too as far as I'm concerned. The PC MC-crowd would also be absolutely horrified with such a suggestion. Well, they could bite the bullet too.I wouldn't mind that either. Not much anyway...

"...so that on-duty officers at the spot could calm the feelings immediately."

So the duty of police officers is now to calm feelings. Whose duty is it to protect law-abiding citizens with forceful means ?

Let me draw your attention to the last line of the article:

"In this case, there is no assumed racist motive by the officer involved. The transferred officer has a foreign background himself."

Only by grace of being a minority with impeccable multiculturalist credentials did this officer escape a hate crime citation. Had he been a Swede, he'd now have to defend against "racism" as well...

It seems that those Swedish politicos have no guts to be totalitarian 100%. They are left with a mute admiration for guys from islamic paradises to voice or express their hidden wishes.

The Swedes in the govt. would like to be national socialists, but they can express this secret wish only through denial, indirectly - supporting those flawless immigrants.
