Geert Wilders’ Party Faces Bankruptcy

Our expatriate Dutch correspondent H. Numan has translated an article from today’s Spits Nieuws:

Bankruptcy threatens PVV

Geert Wilders’ party will go bankrupt if he is to be prosecuted for sowing hatred and discrimination.

The costs of lawyers will exceed what the PVV has, said Geert Wilders in a response on the decision of the court to prosecute him. “We cannot afford the tons of money this will cost us” according to Wilders, whose party does not receive government subsidies, today in De Telegraaf.

According to two law professors, Wilders has already been convicted, even though he has yet to stand trial. The court already indicated ‘sowing of hatred’ is applicable. The chance that a lower court will decide differently, and consequently that Wilders is not guilty, is questioned by these two authorities.

And how can they ignore prosecuting the real haters?!?!!?
Honestly, Europe is the worst of the worst places on this earth.

- Can't we open up a defense fund for Gert Wilders through Center for Vigilant Freedom?
