This is followed by other arrests, including Filip Dewinter, with police dogs much in evidence.
You can see helicopters, armored vehicles, water cannons, riot police, dogs, and overnight detention — all the apparatus of a police state, designed to frighten citizens and discourage would-be dissenters
The subtitles are in Dutch, but it’s possible for a monoglot like me to make some of them out — for example, “Belgium, dictatorship!”

I think it is very appropriate that there is an ad for a crapper right next to this video. European democracy going down the toilet.
Well it was there now its gone. You get the point.
Very chilling scenes, but an excellent film - there is indeed no meaningful democracy in Europe. I fear that the EU authorities will soon clamp down hard on all of us who stand up for freedom in Europe, but that is no reason not to stand. We must be inspired by those who stood up for freedom and were dragged away on 9-11 2007. This is nothing other than state terrorism, how appropriate that it took place on 9-11.
The EU will never again be able to lecture others on Human rights issues. The "Brussels Crackdown" will live in infamy!
If this does not galvanize all free-loving peoples, then I know not what will.

HAS ANY GOVT IN THE EU EVER USED THESE POLICE TACTICS AGAINST ANY MUSLIM GROUP DEMONSTRATING FOR SHARIA?
It would have been even more effective if it began with a montage which shows what these peaceful people were demonstrating against. Plenty of stuff to get from the Channel 4 documentary and the former Motoon-demonstrations where Muslims proclaim "Europe your 911 is coming" etc.
But seeing only this video makes my blood boil! The EU is fascist organisation and I'm telling everyone in the States about it.
It's just shocking to see it. Really. And the scary thing is, these cops defended a "government" which nobody voted for. I don't remember voting for any EU leadership.
Though, on the weekend the scenes in Vienna were similar to this one, just that the police didn't arrest people en masse. Some 700 concerned citizens of the Viennese district Brigittenau took their protest against a mosque in their neighborhood to the streets. The counter demonstration, called upon by the Green party and their surrender monkys, attracted only some 150 people. The reactions, though, coming from the so called "liberals" were ridiculous. They claimed that certain politicians (their number one target is the FPÖ chief Strache) are spreading panic when it comes to Islam and that intolerance must not happen and what not.
I said it once and I say it again. I am usually left liberal. And I do believe in tolerance and integration. But I also believe in democracy and freedom of speech (what a concept for a left liberal, hu?) Tolerance only goes so far and enough is enough. And I don't think that someone who does not want to integrate himself into our society has a right to be in our country.
I'm Austrian. My government is the Austrian government, elected by the Austrian people. Not the EU dictatorship elected by no one. In Austria, we have the Austrian culture and the Austrian "way of life". Anyone who comes to live here and doesn't like our ways in our country... well... get the hell out of here. We don't need you. We don't want you. If you don't like democratic elections and want to live under the Sharia, go to Iran. Austria is not the place for you. You want a good ass kicking? Try us, our guerillas kicked Napoleon's butt!
