The scary thing here is that if they do, they could win. Win and get taxpayer money as a reward.
Our courts (if you haven't noticed) are not on our side when it comes to discriminaton issues.
I'm free white and way over 21 and I have felt like I am the one being discriminated against, for many years.
My thoughts on CAIR (shouldn't the world CARE organization have sued them, via the ACLU, for wanton TRADEMARK infringement, "brand" disruption/dilution, etc?) are here linked.
I dunno... I'm a middle aged Irish American housewife, and I wear a large gold crucifix all the time. Every time I have flown *I* have been the one flagged, searched and screened. EVERY TIME.
